Back in February, Del Rey's Frank Parisi commented on a fan's post on the Star Wars Book page:

We're not yet ready to talk about Paul's duology. What I can say is that it's a very ambitious project; the first one will not come out this year (unfortunately) as he's taking his time to construct the story (fortunately). (FP)

Awhile back, Paul S. Kemp tweeted about a book called The Old Republic: Deliverance. What type of book would you like to see Paul S. Kemp write next?

I think it's unclear right now. Del Rey and Paul S. Kemp haven't formally announced the book titles yet, so I don't know exactly. It's entirely possible. I'm planning on e-mailing Kemp, but I suspect I'll get a non-answer until the formal announcement. I would really love to see Kemp to do more era tie-ins like he did in Crosscurrent.

EDIT: Perusing through the Random Smart Archives, I discovered this oddity when I search for "The Old Republic":

The IBSN isn't coming up anywhere I've searched. The Old Republic Encyclopedia has a completely different IBSN. My logical conclusion is that this is Drew Karphyshyn's untitled TOR book or The Old Republic: Deliverance or a weird glitch.

EDIT 2: Paul S. Kemp told me "Deliverance" was a typo for "Deceived." I misunderstood the tweet. Poster_oops
