Could be kind of fun. Star Wars fans do span entire generations, look at the forumers here for example

Yeah, the first thing I thought of was the Trek movie of the same name.

 I can picture it now...
Obi-Wan Kenobi, during the Clone Wars, takes a new Star Destroyer out for a spin, but they get pulled into a rescue mission and are - of course, the only starship in the area. Unfortunately, all the starfighters and tractor beams won't be installed until Tuesday, so Obi has to manually fire the tractor, which is great, but it explodes. 80 years later, Luke and Ben while in the Unknown Regions, find ROTS Obi-Wan hanging out with one of the Force cultures and only Obi-Wan can stop the Maw beast, but at the sacrifice of his own life...

Even with the smashing success of the latest Trek movie I don't think it gets enough love. I've been watching the original 79 on Youtube lately. It is
as good a show today as it was then. Certainly the effects are somewhat campy but it's still awesome.
So generationally, Star Wars fans are ten years behind Trek but it has still been a ride of over thirty years. Long enough for plenty of two and three generation families of fans. I assume Uliah's family must be like that. Perhaps one day I'll be buying new Vader sheets for my grandkid's bed.
