Just like we've got a topic for discussing Fantasy series and books, I'd like to create a topic for various discussions of Science Fiction series. Feel
free to discuss any series (outside Star Wars and Star Trek) that you are reading. You never know, you may be reading something that catches the eye of another
member of the forum (or you may already be reading the same series as someone else).
For instance, Nom and I discovered a while back that we were both reading the Saga of the Seven Suns. I know there are others (like myself) who read the Dune series. And while there is already a topic for The Lost Fleet, it's another example. I know that both Nom and I will be reading Michael Cobley's Humanity's Fire series (starting with book 1: Seeds of Earth) - so I figured we can use this topic to discuss that as well. I also enjoy Ben Bova's Grand Tour series, in the past I read the TekWar series, still reading the Jump 225 series, started Karen Traviss' Wess'har War series... probably many more I'm forgetting to name.
So what about you?
