Dude I love twilight and even I blame the crowd for the shenanigans on thursday. Althogh I somewhat contributed to it. Didn't attend the panel BUT like the
immature fan girl that I am my friend and I stealthily stalked Rob Pattison as he was leaving. We got through security the back way and was able to wave and
say hi to him. *sighs* a glorious moment in my life. Iurus got a whiff firsthand of my craziness that day.lol

You know ASII, technically I'm pretty sure we're all fanboys or girls :P What we choose to devote ourselves to is irrelevant
Oh, as a side note, I've got some videos Part one is posted on the page before. The following posts (Since this isn't working like I wish it did) will have parts 2-6. One other quick note. You will notice occasional moments when the camera takes on a steady tilted angle and then doesn't move for a couple seconds. These are usually when I'm rapidly e-mailing people to try and break exclusive news EDIT: A few more things. First, I'm pretty sure it looks better if you watch it in high quality (that little button that says "HQ") so be sure to try that. Also, if you see any problems with the video, shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do to fix it.

i always thought sue was much younger then she isAfter all these years, I still mentally swap the physical appearances of Sue Rostoni and Shelly Shapiro. I don't know why... Yeah, I donned the metal bikini. I have a photo of me sucking Allston's face in it. :PBah.... dah... doy? Christie Golden = Steven Tyler's twin sister? I was totally thinking this, but never going to say it because Christie Golden
is too sweet and nice.
Haven't forgotten about you, my loves!! I'll have my comic con report up soon!I expect much leetspeek and CAPITALS in this report. I also expect you to go to Mizz's Lolcat thread and look at the lolcat I chose for you. Thanks for this Iron. I finally found 10 minutes to watch it! It was much appreciated. By the way, Aaron Allston totally has an insanely awesome taste in shirts. I could never pull that off, nor could I ever pull off his Wheel of Time epic fantasy male author beard and wild child hair. And I giggled a bit at seeing the diminutive Christie Golden sandwiched between her two male colleagues. Awww, and they all offered her microphones. How chivalric. And I don't care if chivalric isn't a proper word, it is today. |

That was about my thinking too
And I presumse you would find them within the 24 hour day (do you have those in Australia? ) or, if you're really trapped for time, you can find a time machine I
suppose....

Watched video 2. Wow. Golden conveyed a great sense of passion and enthusiasm when describing Vestara. That was a great thing to see/hear, and I think it was
contagious. I mean, I liked Vestara before, but now I'm really intrigued by her. I have to say rarely ever hearing the authors speak, Allston was really
articulate and clear (not that the others weren't, but he seemed.... better!) and OMG just got to the crack about Boba Fett and I sniggered some.
And I also loved Golden's comments re: the "everyday" life of SW. It's something that I too enjoy, and don't always see enough of, and she certainly dove into this in Omen, so I hope she continues with that. Generally speaking I think that - for me - its good to see these authors once in a while as people, as opposed to these faceless entites that just sit there and pump out books for us. Also.... Pablo Hidalgo totally looks and sounds like Carlton Cuse. Holy crap I totally found 45 minutes. That was lucky. |

Just gotta say...thank you X Wingurly! Lol. No prob. I was talking to Mizz and she had a whole page of questions and I knew instantly that you wanted to know
this (as well s some others). Since Mizz asked what the title of the next book would be, I figured I would throw in Tenel Ka. That and I wanted to give my
jubilant thanks to them for finally getting jaina and jag together

No problem, XWG.
And I have to admit I loved the almost mixed reaction of the crowd with your declaration of thanks. I seem to recall that about half the crowd agreed with you and the other half either could have cared less or disagreed. Which, all things considered, seems about right
But well done to you and Mizz on the questions Oh and Nom, since you've opened the Traviss bag already, might as well relate the other comment made in her direction. Allston commented about how it was nice not to have someone who was obsessed with Boba Fett on the writing side. Later, it was also mentioned that he felt Traviss was to protective of the Mandos and didn't want any of the other writers to use them. *shrugs* Although, to be fair, LotF had quite a bit of the "My character, your character" dynamic on all sides. Either way, a good panel |
