Ok, this thread is for people to vote on certain characters and predict whether they will survive Invincible or not
Those are pretty much the only characters who are in real danger, so... I'll start: Jacen survives
I know that my opinion won't be popular 
Suddenly Jacen could see his challenge, and the prospect terrified him. He would have to kill those he most loved. He would have to kill Tenel Ka and his
precious daughter, his Allana. The fact that even the thought of it was tearing out his heart was the terrible proof that it had to be so.
And still he could hardly bear think it. The Yuuzhan Vong thought they knew all there was to know about inflicting pain, but they were beginners compared to this. How could he even think it? Jacen put his right hand to his face and touched it, as if it weren't his own. He felt as if he were standing over by the far wall, watching himself die by degrees. Is it me? Is it really my burden? Yes, Grandfather. It's me. Jacen accepted the burden in its entirety, and his heart- irrelevant, fragile, expendable- broke. ______________________________________________________________________ "Something to remember the next time you decide to play the Hapan game of bloodletting and backstabbing." Jacen Solo DIES redeemed.
Jaina Solo SURVIVES, elopes to IR with Jagged Fel. Luke Skywalker SURVIVES, doesn't do much in the whole book. Zekk DIES, killed by Jacen. Jagged Fel SURVIVES sadly, look above for fate. Tahiri Veila DIES, perhaps after having killed Jacen. |

Ben is certainly in no danger of dying, since Mara's death. I think Jacen will kill Jaina, Tahiri will become his Sith apprentice, and Jagged and Zekk will
find someone else.

Jaina Solo LIVES Luke Skywalker LIVES Zekk i'm not quite sure. i want him to live, but he might not 
Jagged Fel i want him to die, but he might not
Tahiri Veila DIES

Jacen dies realizing in the last moments the error of his ways
Jaina lives saddened by having to kill her brother Zekk lives but finally moves on Jag lives, marries Jaina moves to the IR (yes I'm for it) The Big 3 live Tahiri dies |

jacen dies though i hope he survives and is just stripped of the force
jaina survives jag survives zekkwe die me thinks tahiri ambiguous maybe a fututre villian in the next series all the big three survive as off course ben |

I think I've changed my mind about Tenel Ka surviving. I think she's going to die & that's going to be a part of Jacen's redemption.

Tenel Ka survives Jaina survives Zekk dies Jagged Survives Tahiri dies Big 3 survive. You know, its kind of sad that if I were to mention the discussions that go on here to somebody in the real world, they would call me crazy as well as
obsessive and a complete geek/nerd/whatever. Then I come here and discover that I'm way out of my league. Especially when people recall details that I
don't even remember....

Jacen Solo - not sure but I go with survives
Jaina Solo - survives ( she and Tenel Ka are the only major female characters left from new generation ) Luke Skywalker - survives Zekk - survives ( I can't see Troy Denning killing him in this book ) Jagged Fel - survives ( Troy already "killed" Jag before )

There's no way that Han & Leia are going to be raising Allana unless they hide her with the jedi. She's the heir to the Hapan throne. Those crazy
Hapans would try to kill her within an hour of Tenel Ka's death. She's never going to be allowed to just waltz off with her grandparents without being
in mortal danger.

It would be extremely hard for Allana to be taken by the Solos, but at the same time, it could be extremely easy. The Royal Family will most likely want to rule the throne...and if Allana is taken, the throne is empty. But even if Allana stays, she will be given someone to rule for her, sort of how Mazarin ruled Lous XIV. She's going to get killed & someone else in her family line will take over the throne. Plotting to take the throne is the national pastime in the Hapes
Consortium.

I always compare Hapes with Shakespeare (maybe because I'm reading Hamlet in English class right now) because of the politics.
Anyway, I think the only "safe" person is Ben Skywalker, because he's basically immune until he has a kid (be it Kol or Kol's father), cause I don't think Luke is going to have any relationships for the rest of his life. I hope we have a good shocker though. Maybe they kill off both of the Solo twins. That would be very cruel, though, to Han and Leia, but it would explain the absence of a Solo descendant in Legacy (as far as I know, we have not seen one). Legacy of the Force hasn't had many shockers, though considering its predesscor, NJO, has had a thousand shockers (Chewie's death, Anakin's death, which is shoved in our face in every book since, and Vergere's Potentium view, to name a few), this isn't suprising. Granted, it has had some shockers, like Thracken's early death, the burning of Kashyyyk, and, to me, Cakhmaim and Meewallh's death. Still, here's hoping.
