I got "The Last Days of Krypton" by KJA. Anybody read this?
Jaina realized with a cold shudder that Jacen had not failed. He had sacrificed everything-his name, his family, his reputation, his life- to unite the
galaxy. And now here Jaina was, watching the birth of a galaxywide league of worlds dedicated to working together in peace. Had Jacen won after all?

Yes, it is fantastic and engrossing and I marvel at how Anderson managed to collect a multitude of various accounts about how Krypton was destroyed and meld
them all seamlessly together into an actual plotline and an entertaining one at that. I highly recommend it.

I finished John Dies at the End and CN III
Am now on Force Unleashed. And I must plug John Dies at the End again. Find it online or something. It's pure madness, brilliantly woven into genius. |

Did John die at the end? Or did the author betray the readers' expectations?

^^ This sounds very intriguing Rouge. I have never heard of this novel (?) before. Care to spill what it deals with? That title alone has me hooked.

It's not a novel, it's a non-fiction book for the masses (I wouldn't be able to read it otherwise
) by the aforementioned Russian born US
physicist, historical background and relatively recent (2006) discoveries in cosmology that hint towards the existence of other universes, a multiverse. A way
of explaining how our universe seems to be just correct for life and intelligence like us to evolve and survive. There's no problem for our universe
looking like it would be made correct for us if there is an infinity of universes with most having different kind of physical forces in operation.
It's not just about theory, ESA's Planck satellite that launched earlier this year and should start studying the cosmic microwave background next month could be able to show whether some theories in this book are correct or not and the first results should come in 2011. So, we might be facing yet another stage in the Copernican revolution although I doubt that most people would notice it happening... |

That sounds like something I'd be very intrigued to read.
But now I'm reading Omen so it will have to wait. Oh yeah, you read that right.

It's a good read- quite a little gift to the fans.
And I'm reading about 500 books at once- some of them being Harry Potter 6, Order 66, No Prisoners, The Last 20 pages of Rebirth, The Joiner King, and Force Heretic II: Refugee. Daala Count- 20 and counting and Hapans Rule All!

Batman: No Man's Land is going good. Two-Face is just like he was in TDK, which I like. The Joker is hiding and planning something big, can't wait.
