I have a few, so to narrow it down would be to do disservice to any time I omit. I wish I had one thing that stuck out the most, but these all stick out in different ways.
The first time I saw Episode II: ok, I imagine some of you would wonder why I'd bother mentioning this at all. It wasnt spectacular, and I had already seen 4 other movies before it, so why an All-Time Favorite? As the movie drew to a close, and clone troopers disengorged themselves from their carrying ships, I heard a theme burned into my very subconscious: The Imperial March, one of John Williams greatest works. And as it played, my whole body was convered in goose bumps as the strings trying the OT with the new began to tie them together.
The death of Ton Phannon: well, let me put it this way--its one of maybe three times I actually let loose tears from reading a book.
The first time I saw Episode III: Mustafar. Sometimes just thinking about it gives me goose bumps. Seeing Darth Vader's body slowly burning away, and Obi-Wan looking on, tears running down his face. It wasn't just the movie fueling my emotions, it was every book involving Vader/Anakin, Luke, Leia, Shmi, Padme, and Obi-Wan. It was the critical point in the history of the galaxy where Anankin would be lost until his dying day, and the begining of the Dark Times. It was the complete loss of Anakin, whose goals were so noble, his causes pure, and his path so easily corrupted.
And last, when I was down in Phoenix this past new years for the Fiesta Bowl Parade and Marching Band Competition, I met some members of the 501st Arizona Garrison. It was just so cool to see some of them in person, and reaffirmed my conviction to join their number, someday...
I hope this helps you understand what I'm asking for and maybe gets you thinking about those great SW moments in your own life.

You tell me.
