Does NJOE ever have contests? Such as Trivia or other things? Because I think that would be really fun!

I think Yuku is going crazy... Posts and forums are appearing and disappearing. Sometime the forums load other times they just dissapear. the arrows marking read forums appear randomly in different places. Also the list of people on line are sometimes there but then they are gone? Just encase this helps.

For some reason, I log in and it does the triangle to show that there has been a new post---but it's the same post as before. Once it worked normally and I actually saw the new posts but then when I refreshed the page, all the new posts went away. What's going on???

I noticed that posts are disappearing from the site. For example in Kirr's FotJ discussion thread max and XWG both made terrific posts that just vinished. In the Clone Wars cartoon thread I posted new info about Friday's episode that's no longer there. I think we might need to charge up the Brad Signal.

Today, I opened up a thread wherein I had poured out my entire heart and soul and was confronted with a gigantic pair of breasts in a video on the right side of the text. Not that breasts are bad or anything, but...y'know, they weren't there before.

Anyway, why are there ads in the threads now?

LC not working

My LC is not working lately. When I open it, it either takes for ever to load and says something like the connection has run out. Another message is that the skins are not found. There were a few others I do not remember. But help please!

front page not working

when i click on my favourites link for NJOE which should take me to the front page i get a message saying the link couldnt be found and to get to the forums i have to search through google

This is probably a Brad-related question but I'm having trouble with the RSS feed on the homepage. I'm using FeedDemon 3.0 to collect and browse through RSS feeds (the forum feed works fine), and the NJOE home page does not seem to work. I get a message stating that the program is "Unable to locate feed. If this site has a feed, either it's invalid or it could not be auto-discovered."

Any idea what's going on with it?

How do we get those cool words and HTML pics and stuff under the line at the bottom of our posts? I have been around for a while (though not many posts to show for it) and have always wondered where those come from... Anyone? Anyone want to help? please?... with a cherry on top... no? with a cherry on bottom?

Okay, since yesterday (late), NJOE has appeared on my computer rather screwed up. I'm... not sure how to describe it. Like, nothing is in order, and everything is err... vertical (what would be side by side is now up and down). Also, LC doesn't appear as a separate small window when I click on it. I'm also not getting any options on the reply screen (font, size, etc.). I don't think it's the Internet, because I have the latest version of IE. And it just started last night...

Reading a Karen Traviss thread, I started thinking... what authors have we talked about the most here at NJOE? What one, specifically?

Well, I don't have the latter answer. Via a site-wide search, I came up with several results that maxed out the possible amount of results. But before I start the tie-breaker, I'm willing to share my results as to the top mentioned authors in the NJOE forums.

Note: 1000 is the maximum number of results....

Front Page Countdown

So I was looking through my calendar yesterday and I realized that we're less than a month from Abyss. And that got me thinking; shouldn't the countdown on the front page be counting down the the remaining time? Just wondering.

Invasion Poll

Just a suggestion, but for the next comic related purchasing poll how about a TPB option? Personally I'm excited for Invasion, but I don't buy comics in single issue form anymore, don't have the time or money, so a "I'm excited but will wait for the TPB" option would have worked for me.
