unexplained reason, or the equivalent of a convicted criminal in Celestial society. Hence the prison constructed by the Maw, Sinkhole and Centerpoint.
Alternatively, Abeloth may act as all the Celestials do/once did, and for whatever reason, she has been left behind when all the others died/left for another
